oh my god this is amazing, there's just a bug with the autopilot;
when you set the altitude to between 12000 and 23000, and speed to above 230 knots IAS, the plane will start wobbling up and down, on all physics settings. If the speed goes above 280 knots, the wobbling will be so strong that the horizontal stabilisers start to break off.
This only happpens with the autopilot on though, in manual flight it has no problems with going past 340 knots.
depends on how confident you are at building/ how much time you want to invest.
if you just want to be another one of these accounts that posts two blocky planes and disappears with 20 points, sure. go ahead.
If you want to spend a bit more time learning how to make a really good plane, that's also completely fine. To start i'd recommend a small civilian single engine plane with a VR-friendly cockpit, just to learn the basics of making a (hopefully good looking and well flying) plane. When you feel comfortable building conventional planes, you can start to experiment around with other systems like weapons or other more advanced stuff.
TLDR: start simple but onøy upload after the first "block plane phase" is over and you know fuselages.
it needs to be the "direct link", so it should say something like "https://i.postimg.cc/Dy1vbRPH/vibes-positive.gif" and not just "https://postimg.cc/w7T8CfPQ"
the only way i think you'd be able to simulate camera inputs like that for vr players is to mount a chair on a bunch of rotators and control it as a separate camera view
and to put an image on a post you'll just do
if you mean the thumbnail you can import your image (all three put on the same file, maybe done with this ) as a blueprint and just take the screenshots from that
@NTH you might be able to use something like this to make a pseudo-camera view but it won't be live, just an image. You could also make a fake-screen with blades from fuselages and put the blades on a rotator and set the input to "current angle" from one of the actual rotators on the windmills.
@Type2volkswagen search for "newest", set ?d=2800 and &p=[a random number] until you get to the end of the list
.
i don't think you can search by "oldest" or search for a specific year, you could ask Andrew to implement it
now i'm inspired to build an abomination like that

@LunarEclipseSP well if it's called "first plane", then yes, but you can only ride that wave for so long.

i don't think you can embed videos in aircraft posts, i think that has to be on the videos tab.

@NTH you need to upload it somewhere like postimages and copy the link from there
make a 30 year pld VW Golf that transforms into a supercar on the press of a button
if the windmill thing is too complicated i might be able to make it if you send me an unlisted post of it

@NTH use wings on a block on a free spin rotator and build the blades otherwise if wings looks too bad
@SPWithLizzie yeah but using your brain is equal to suffering in my mind
propellers just spin in the wind

+1i don't care what your ancestory says, but this is proof that you're a full-blooded american
ALSO WHAT KIND OF HORRIBLE WAR CRIMES DID YOU COMMIT TO SCANDINAVIA TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE SOME MALE PHALLIC BANANA?!?
at the end of the url set it to ?d=0, if that's what you mean
congrats!
i'm not even at 5k yet ):
