Sadly, I have no control over the range, and even if I did, I wouldn't know how to go about changing it.
Got shot by a destroyer, my cockpit fell out of the plane, while the plane itself (still in tact) flew off into the horizon. I just sat there like: "I see how it is, you don't like me anymore do you?"
@BoxGlow I managed to take them all out with a load of infernos. I then moved onto the destroyers and got shot... The weird thing was is that my plane didn't blow up, but rather the cockpit simply fell out, while the plane carried on into the sunset. Guess my plane doesn't like me anymore!
@GepatII That's odd. Is it with a particular aircraft? The only way I can get a building to fall is if I subject it to lots of weapons or just a plane.
@SHCow You should be able to lock onto them with Infernos at a range of about 4 miles.

@lowjames123 PC version doesn't work for mobile. Did you enable the mod in the menu? Once you have it should come up with a Mod Sandbox Maps tab in the main menu.
@CaesiciusPlanes Try switching to Air to ground mode for weapons and fly to the nearest AA Tank from HellFire City Airport. Carriers don't sink either unfortunately.
@CaesiciusPlanes Carriers should already be on the map? There's a small shipping port near HellFire City Airport, there should be one docked there. There's also another which has beached itself somewhere. None move unfortunately.

@Polandball The code is embedded into the models, so like I say, I would have to be able to access the right files, but I can't. Unless there's something in the assets folder for the SP Mod tools in Unity.

@Polandball To be honest, that should be doable. I've done modelling before and something like this should be fairly easy to construct.The hard part is the coding though. Although, it should be fairly straight forward.

@EternalDarkness the one time I actually got the map to run on andriod, it ran quite well, not sure what it would be like with all the extra stuff, but I can't see it hammering the performance too much.

@MasterManufacturingCo well, that does seem like a significant difference. The default map does have a lot more islands, so maybe it's something to do with that. Which version did you download? I haven't tested the lite version with a large aircraft, so maybe that has better performance then the default map.

One thing to probably note is that I was selective about how many polygons each island should have. The largest one has very little, and in some places it shows, but I used the smooth tool to make it look less rugged.
@Aerobako Nope. I'm new to coding and that would probably be some advanced stuff. Mainly because I had to load the AA Tanks from the actual enemies game folder, which to my knowledge is impossible to have access to normally through general file exploring, so it's not like I can get the code and modify it.

@Coen1888 It's a nice thought, but I don't think it's worthy of such a status!! I wouldn't be surprised if there's better map mods out there either, so it would be doing them an injustice.
@xplane10 Let me know how it goes for you. It'll be nice to get some feedback. Then if I get around to making a new map, I can incorporate some of the suggestions put forward.
@SteadfastContracting yeah, you did. Although, I've now removed the aircraft as it was against the site rules because it was a copy.

@TrashFam most of my builds use modded structural wings. Structural wings typically being like normal wings, but stronger and without control surfaces. But you can mod them to have control surfaces.
. Here's a link to one, I've never used the one from this user, but it should work the same. If it doesn't, just steal a wing from one of my later designs as they tend to use modded structural wings.

Then after removing the upload, I saw that you had in fact sufficiently credited them, so I approved the post. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Also, just because something has more upvotes, doesn't mean it's "better". I've seen plenty of rubbish builds with upvotes purely because they were uploaded at 'prime time'.

Might be one step ahead on the AA tanks thing. I uploaded a map this morning with 7 anti aircraft tanks on it.

It's a tad nose heavy, but it looks good and handles really nicely!
