Two little tips: Overload, which is a built in mod, can be used to scale down the weight of a plane. It's tedious because you have to do it piece by piece, but you can make some pretty accurate aircraft that way.
Also, for airplanes with a tail skid, you need to use a hidden sphere or hemisphere as those have skid physics.
I can't upvote this in good faith because i can't get it to fly.
You haven't even played sp2 yet so how can you tell? Yes flyout is still a train wreck, and most likely always will be, but Juno when it went into early access wasn't even playable!
@TheUltimatePlaneLover I used to build them in like, a day. I know how much effort it takes to make one.
And my stance is this. If a plane is lacking in detail, it should make up for in it's scale, (1:1 or as close as possible, and flight characteristics, as close to the real thing as possible.
@TheUltimatePlaneLover low effort, low quality, and for some reason they get a tone of upvotes when compared to those of us who actually put in work and get nothing.
When I started out, I made PEA's and got darn near reported for it. It was a different time back in 2016.
Will explain at 600 points? If someone's harassing you, report the comment(s) and or tag a moderator. I know of two that are really good at this kinda thing as they prioritize harassment over all the other infractions.
With that being said, posts like this one tend to instigate more drama than needed.
No it needs to be lowered to one per day. Still even with the three upload rule, somehow users are spamming the site. Plus, now that alt accounts are a thing, users are able to upload 6-9 crafts per day
Part maximums
150 parts (single engine prop)
200 parts (dual engine prop, single engine jet)
250 parts (dual engine jet, 3+ engine prop, dual engine if wwII bomber
300-400 parts ( 3+ engine jet)
Vr compatible cockpit but not too complex. Players are figuring out how to incorporate complex start, landing aids and auto pilot. None of theses are needed. engine start should be by switch or button, not auto.
If combat aircraft a weapon safety should be included for multiplayer)
Wings should be defined, but not too detailed. The stock planes are a great example of this.
It's alright, if what you're going for is a straight vr adaptation of the simple twin prop, but what I like to see, and what I do, is full on adaptations of the design.

+1No but canopy parts should be minimized
Here's a thought: build your own. Or at least actually change something on your next ripoff. Changing the color isn't a rework, it's just a repaint.
MAYBE if you made some custom labels and added them, it MIGHT be considered a rework but even that's a stretch.
The HAL Tajas
Wtf is this...
I'm entering and using the least amount of parts possible

PEA's, at least from what I've seen, do not.

+1You answered your own question
+1Trust me it's there for a reason
+1Uhh, where's the plane?
Stop spamming the sight with the same build.
If you eject the main cockpit
Screw around with all the new parts and get a feel for the designer
@ComradeSandman it's a bucket of acid. It is the Turkish bath
Have you tried changing the rotators max rotation?
An acid bucket or anvil would have done the trick but okay
What the DUCK!?
+1Edit after checking what happened, good luck. If I was a mod I'd ban you for this
