@Tully2001 @ValtsuAircraftIndustries @Mostly Thank you. I have downloaded the the beta, and it looks cool. No need for fine tuner (Unless you want to make small engines, for example)
I see you also really like aeronautical engineering and would hope to study it too. So maybe you also already knew the stuff I typed up. I hope you choose to respond. It drives me crazy not to know something(such as if you read this) @MethaManAircraft
The game thinks, "Oh, the stab is going down, less lift then" This is wrong, that is only right for the tail end of the aircraft. If the aileron is up, it only affects airflow on the top of the aircraft, making the pressure higher, and causing the wing to sink. When the aileron is down, it only affects the bottom of the wing, forcing the pressure to increase at the bottom, making the top lighter in comparison, and rising the wing. But at the front, it affects the wing foiling of the plane, meaning flow on both of the wings is helped or hampered. Meaning at the front, it can go DOWN and still create lift, but if it goes down tooooo far, it will create less lift, and the aircraft will sink. @MethaManAircraft
With the effort that went into this game, that would take too much additional time to code. Leading edge flaps work. Leading edge stabs don't work either. Or at least I don't think. Leading edge stabs on an aircraft make the wing into a flat bottom wing instead of a semi symmetric when deployed down. While this does create higher pressure on the top of the wing, it still makes the pressure on the bottom of the wing so high, that it creates more lift in the end. This is only used on takeoff and landing, because while it creates more lift, flat bottom aircraft slow the plane down more than semi symmetric. @MethaManAircraft
Well, with the way the game works, parts generate lift even when they are inside of other parts, so we would have to wait for an update that changes that. Commonly, people exploit this to make their wing loading better, and their planes more stable. @MethaManAircraft
Do you have fine tuner? If so, doesn't that mean you are not on the Mac App Store? If so, where do I find the non App Store version? Because I use OSX mostly.
Thank you @grizzlitn
But kinda crazy this gets much more than my other stuff that look better, are more detailed, and perform better. Maybe because it is hard to search up by tags only.
But I don't really care that much. Upvoted are not what make you better.
@EpicPigster1 Yeah, I am happy. I can now get fine tuner also.
Thanks to the generosity of Andrew Garrison, I have received a steam key, meaning I can play the beta, and use this aircraft.
You know you could load the game without the beta, build the plane, upload it, then upload a version with the beta parts you used.
If you are on steam, you can turn the beta off, so that other people can download it.

Thank you @goboygo1
This is awesome!
Even on a site like this, it is hard to find someone who likes the engineering aspect. Most of them only like the way it looks. @MethaManAircraft

I know I am late, but can I?
All this would decrease the size a mobile device playing the game can play without crashing. @MethaManAircraft

Sorry about taking 5 hours to respond, the game usually notifies me of comments, but not this time. @MethaManAircraft

@Supercraft888 @Ephwurd @MethaManAircraft Thank you very much. This means a lot to me.
Yeah, I am afraid that if I balance it, it will experience reduced maneuverability. If you put about 45% VTOL up, it should be fine. @Coltonlane
Thank you very much @Struller78 I appreciate it.
Looks cool. I think I saw the video where you built this, but I had to leave it to do something so I am not sure.
Oh. Forgot to mention that the leading edge slats go in when the gear goes up. Took forever to find a piston that does that on the site. @Franticmatty
Thank you very much @Franticmatty
That was fast!
I don't know if it is a computing fault on my end, but thank you for taking the time to help me. @SpiritusRaptor
Yup, I have tried this. My Application Support does not have a file by that name. @SpiritusRaptor
Ok. So plugins is a no go? @SpiritusRaptor
I found a folder that says plugins, this might be it, I don't want to accidentally break the game. (nothing says mods) @SpiritusRaptor
Thank you very much, I will try this. @SpiritusRaptor
Oh. Thanks. I have Mac App Store, and can't get anything. @SpiritusRaptor
Oh. Ok. Thanks. @NathanMikeska
How do you get the mac version of the beta? I cannot find it on the original 1.7 post.
@NathanMikeska
Where do we get the OSX Version? I do not recal finding it on the previous post.
Cool. I will look out for that. @EpicPigster1
I was just asking for future ones you might do. (I have never done one) @EpicPigster1
Do you have fine tuner? If so, doesn't that mean you are not on the Mac App Store? If so, where do I find the non App Store version? Because I use OSX mostly.
Oh. You don't ask to be a successor? Nevermind. I forgot about tagging. @EpicPigster1
I haven't played in so long. Had to delete it due to space. When I did, I played WOWS Tier 6 USN carrier and I think tier 5 or 6 DD.
Very little can download it if you make more. @EpicPigster1
I guess you can't do any more challenges until the update comes out.
The cow inc. hunter fighter?
We can't download, but we can trust it flies good. They always do.
Ha Ha. Super jerry mouse. Is it because of the F-14 Tom Cat?
Maybe then replicas on Sundays. @Tang0five @Sgtk
Before anyone upvotes, this was created by Spiritus Raptor, with no credit given.
Yeah! Shame!
No Mac?
Thank you @Carsong1017 @RyneKuczy @Treadmill103 @hopotumon

Yeah, I was on vacation, and did not have much time, so I made two simple replicas. @Tang0five
Thank you @Tang0five
Ok because I did not see anything new. @JoddyFubuki788
I mean, like what parts did you use that are new. @GepatII
