@BrianZ I'm gonna be totally honest here I was completely wrong when I wrote that, and for whatever reason when I tried to delete it it didn't work. This is actually a great concept plane, it's unique and it performs very well. Nicely done.
@ABC123 Yeah, I figured that out for myself today when I was screwing around with the MKIII Prototypes. I just uploaded the MKIII, the last of the Blackbirds, you should test it out, it more or less completely perfect in every way.
@Allstarship No... My newest plane breaks 1000 easily. This isn't my newest plane, if that's what you were talking about. I think I've had about enough of you. Goodbye.
I'm gonna be totally honest here, the missiles are a really cool concept, and it looks nice, but it flies like an absolute pile. It doesn't take off until you reach 600 miles per hour, it spirals out of control constantly, it doesn't really go where you point it, and the missiles are actually slower than the plane itself. A cool concept that needs a lot of revision.
Not the most stable plane ever, turning is a bit of an ordeal without thrust vectoring turned on. Other than that, it's tough, it's fast, and it looks pretty cool, it would certainly deserve a better rating if you revised the wing design a bit.
@Allstarship I just flew this Firefox of yours, and if I'm completely honest, I disagree with you. I might replace my third engine with an RCS Module because they seem to be more efficient, but other than that, completely flat the Blackbird has a higher top speed, holds more fuel, and I'm really not a huge fan of how the Firefox flies either, it's far too touchy for my taste, and the odd time it actually spins wildly out of control. It's a very good plane, I just like my Blackbird a bit better, I'll try to work on the range a bit by adding a module, but other than that I do like my plane a bit better.
@Allstarship Reason it's so heavy is because most of the fuel is in the wings, it holds over 500 Gallons which, as you can see, made it 4000 pounds heavier. Tell me about this Firefox of yours.
Hey Authros, since you seem to like this design. I though I'd tell you I just released the successor to this, I called it the F-357 Blackbird, and it is AMAZING. Even cooler looking, even faster, even more maneuverable, and it holds much more fuel so you can fly for even longer. Make sure you check it out, if you liked this, you'll love the Blackbird.
Five stars, mainly because this plane is a beast, but also because of all the TopGun references in the description. This plane makes me want to ride into the danger zone.
Very very well done, this thing even gives my F-357 Striker a run for it's money which coming from me means quite a lot. I just wish Jundroo would add all of the features this beast has to IOS.
I did a bunch of tests to see if this thing could hold together, and it really does. I don't know how, it's very very simple, but it works, and it works well.
Hey guys. Make sure you rate and comment, but you can be honest. If you think my plane sucks, rate it however you like and tell me what changes. I should make in the comments down here. I put a lot of work into it, so again, please don't steal my design. Thanks for reading.
@FelipeWalter Well I tried everything I could, including but not limited to that, and none seemed to work. Do I need to have my graphics settings on high or something?

@PBandito Or you could just do something with the VTOL engines. That'd probably be easier.

@Allstarship Fastest I ever got the Firefox to do flat was about 750-800.
Very, very cool design. It flies amazingly, only thing is, if you put too much force on the wing it comes off. Food for thought.
@GKrollin Did you not read the description? It's just a fun concept to screw around with, this thing was never actually made to perform.

This... Actually flies really nicely. Good job.
That rear spoiler wing thing is creating way too much drag, plus your power to weight ratio... Isn't great. Just a few suggestions to keep in mind.
Question; How or why does this exist?
Damn dude, this is pretty cool. Is there any way to make spoilers that actually produce downforce?

I've been trying forever to get it to hook, but it doesn't seem to want to. Got any tips?
