@chmielarczyk1 that's multi edit, above the scale button there's something called multi edit, when part go transparent that means the are selected for multi edit, purees the button to start it, then to finish for everything to go back to normal
If you worry about fuel download modded engines that don't use fuel or download a modded fuel block, it's easy but kinda cheat like. I use it for convenience all the time

You have vertical stabilizers on the back and they need to be horizontal stabilizers, move the back landing gear forward
