Just a small tip to solve your problems: Regular wings tend to shake at high speeds, try using as much structural wings as possible and just one regular wing for the control surface.
As for the plane banking to the right: Your plane is heavier on the right side of your plane. Use the 'Mirror Aircraft' option in the menu. This will make your airplane exactly the same on both sides ;)
