Ah I see what you mean here's a solution, hold down up to go up start the engine and then it should turn a little then take off! I just saw it but I was holding down to go up while I started the plane on and took off.Here ill check with out holding it down.
Needs some adjustments but still a wonderful plane.
Oops forget to put two parts on the tail that's why it has sloppy take off.

Ok I dont need to fix just hold down until the plane get in the air because when the tail is up it is sorta telling you to take off.

I built this on a phone but here ill tell you the controls maybe you got them back wards :P I usually do.
It flys but I guess the control's are messed up. What are you on a phone or pc?
