i cannot help with the math but I have a few questions(sorry if they seem annoying) 1 when you say sink a battleship with one hit do you mean 1 turret firing or a broadside. 2 what country is this going against ? (europeans armed thier cruisers with torpedos but the US did not) 3 what time period is the battle taking place ( your warship against the carrier groups. sorry if you are not doing this any more but I am interested to see the results.
if you make another battlecruiser could you make it so you can fire a full broadside instead of one gun always facing the opposite way please (if i sound like i am complaining sorry:( )

according to history the fokker did not handel that well and was unpredictable in flight
