@lordofLego, slight may have been an understatement... but it can be controlled by constant tipping side to side. I was trying to keep the part count low as to be competitive in the challenge. Check out this other version that flies much better:

@Garuda1 thanks for the rating. I'm continuing to play with different design ideas that yield high maneuverability and speed. I think the predecessor of this one handles a little better and can easily get to 88k feet before stalling
Since I can't personally fly either of these and no one else is entering I think I will call it a draw. And give you both the ratings on planes that deserve recognition
@LordofLego @griffith this is my plane that inspired the challenge. Currently has 18 engines, I added two small engines to the horizontal stabilizers

@Griffith @hypnotoad @StealthBomber @planesnthings Hoping to use your large reputations on here to gain some traction for this challenge. I'm interested in seeing what types of planes people would come up with.
Awesome idea
Flies wdll but a little unstable I assume until you get some speed
@kingdeadshot
Beyond amazing
Thanks @ahappyape I have another version in works that comes with a life raft. I'll adjust the pitch on that one.
@KingDeadshot thanks
Thanks @kingdeadshot
@kingdeadshot this is another variation of the previous plane you saw of mine. I'd be interested in your thoughts
Thanks @ahappyape I noticed that happens occasionally. I think I will try your detachor thing. That seems to work anytime I have break away wings
@ahappyape give this a fly. Removing the bomb assembly makes it fly a little better. I'm working on another version that I will post tonight
Holy wow.... this is awesome. Just don't break an axle on this wagon trip
The frontal sketch picture looks like a rat's nest of wings and engines
Thanks @kingdeadshot
@Th3Champ got it thanks, I'll let this stand as my submission
@Th3Champ is more than one submission allowed
Nice job
@MewtwoVsMew I will put a disclosure on this next time, warning do not view in cockpit mode :)
@Th3Champ Thanks
Thanks @LordofLego
@Nickasaurusrex fair enough and thanks for the feedback
@Nickasaurusrex thanks. I just made a version with out moving any of your parts but I think I will do a second
@Nickasaurusrex can I add engines between the wing and body
Thanks @stealthbomber. It was funny watching the game really freak out if you try and fly this plane without balancing it
Thanks @ahappyape, you never fully appreciate the vertical stabilizer until you don't have one

Looks good
@StealthBomber I got one to fly took a hell of a lot of vtols to balance her out. I did shift some things around but don't think I needed to
Really nice
Not the smallest ive seen but close.
Flies well. Add some bombs and it would be a good high speed bomber
You're lucky this exploded flying rainbow has excellent handling. .. :-)
Awesome job on this. 200k+ until the engines flame out.
This flies amazingly well. Nice Job. Were the engines modded at all? It seems to have insane amounts of power from just two engines
Throttle up to about 56% and gain some altitude then action group 1 and vtol up to cruise
I will give you 5 plus. Very well balanced for vtol. I just posted a copy of it
@Garuda1 thanks for the rating. I'm continuing to play with different design ideas that yield high maneuverability and speed. I think the predecessor of this one handles a little better and can easily get to 88k feet before stalling
@LordofLego thanks. I just uploaded the carrier version of this as a successor, but I like this one better

@LordofLego I might have the same issue with yours as well. I like the idea of vertical propellers for lift. Never thought of that
@Griffith must be version issues and physics between mobile and pc I can't seem to get yours off the ground
@LordofLego what physics setting do you have? I'm able to get it off uss tiny but promptly loose control. Is there a trick to flying this beast?
Looks good. I will give a flying review tomorrow
I will fly tomorrow and let you know. Looks like you met the design criteria. Lets see how it flys
@Griffith looking forward to seeing what you can do.
Great idea. I have a problem where the right jet slides into me shortly after take off. Other than that thet fly great
This just looks amazing. Very skilled work and patience went into this

I'll base the decision on appearance and performance. So make em look as good as they fly
