@Mustang51 - Glad you enjoyed it! There's a company called Vintage Models and I based it on one of their plan sets. Hopefully, I'll get around to taking it a bit further one of these days :)
@Willfraser, first of all your weight and balance is all wrong. Ideally, your centre of mass needs to be forward of your centre of lift. (Hit spacebar to show in designer to show CoM/CoL/CoT) You can correct this by adding dead weight at the nose of the aircraft. Also, your wings need to generate more lift (maybe try flat bottom?) and the control surfaces need more surface area. Hope that helps :)
Thanks for the upvote @Rymanx03 . The flexwing ain't too bad but I still need to sort out the low speed handling. That's gonna a be a project for another day and I'm going to try and build a realistic model of my old Flash II Alpha as well.
@Hyattorama Thanks for the upvote and happy that you enjoyed it! The handling is not too far off the real thing although it does tend to lose energy too quickly. Guess I'll have to have another look at the aerodynamics :)
@An2k glad you like it :)
@TrislandianAlliance Go for it!!! Interested to see what you come up with :)
Absolutely brilliant! Nice job :)
Love the engine!!
@Mustang51 Gave up building model planes years ago :) Prefer playing with real ones these days lol
