One foggy night at Yeager airport, Air traffic control had picked up a distress signal from the anti-aircraft tanks on the main island, The distress signal apparently reported a tall skeletal-ish figure with a siren for a face. The distress signal also brought to light that the creature was 40 feet tall, Then, After the leader said, “If anyone is hearing this, send help ASAP!” A loud screech was heard on the radio, Then it cut to static. An hour later, at 1800 hours (6 o’clock), A tall skeletal figure matching the description of the one in the distress call, lumbered across the bridge and onto Yeager airport. All the while playing a creepy tune that sounded like a broken tornado siren. (The ice cream truck from heck) once it got past the hangars, it let out a loud screech almost exactly like the one in the distress call. It walked around aimlessly for a while, even almost stumbling into the ATC tower. After getting to the second runway, The one on the right. It let out another loud screech, waking everyone up from Maywar, to snowstone, And then disappeared into the fog. The peculiar thing about the creature, was that it had mouths inside the cones for the sirens, complete with teeth. It was widely known as the Yeager incident, But had other names like, the siren head incident, The screech incident, etc.
I should clarify that the broken tornado siren sound, you can hear it in Chicago when ever there is a tornado
Thus, this incident was later known by many as the "Siren Head incident", and it became a popular creepypasta that was spread around the world.

@tsampoy Turns out it was a mech that was used by the rebellion, and the distress signal was actually faked. Your pet siren head probably went on to fight the military. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ujtWslgE1J4
