Which kind of air to air combat you guys prefer? its either Missile or Gun. I prefer Missile

Cannons. Just blast them out the sky with more firpower than a missile but fun manual labor like a Gun!!
Guns are fun. I also tend to use unguided rockets if the target is big.
Guns is the best one, definitely. But in SP, custom missiles are way funnier to use.
For me in new gem fighters missiles for ww2 or ww1 guns but mostly missiles
