I build thing is small periods unless Im strangely motivated to make something for some reason, and as a result a lot of my higher quality stuff takes months real time to complete.
but recently I've been toying with the possibilities of Funky Trees functions seeing what kind of crazy stuff I can make.
(as Im writing this I'm toying with a counting system via buttons and such)
My big projects lately take at least 200 of just building. So like a whole year.
This year I joined the air force and I haven't been able to build hardly at all for the past 7 months. But I've got time now :)
Accounting for total time (including times for rest, work, etc), best I could do was about 3 days to a week depending on the model, but on average it's about 1.5 - 3 weeks, longest was 3 months I think. However accounting for only the time in-game, it was about 0.58-1.16 days of work (14-28 hours), though this may vary, as this was just seven 4 hour game sessions in a month
For a typical detailed aircraft (eg. Vultee A-31) it took me two weeks with rest
But when I created the Brewster Buffalo, welp, cut it half, 3-4 days
brongus took like 4 hours
My latest plane took about 5 hours
@jamesPLANESii Oh cool
1 month if the aircraft has cockpit
This includes time wasted by doing anything else other than building the craft
@IceCraftGaming Nah I make parts for planes. I'm only in training rn though
@jamesPLANESii ah ok, so kinda like a mechanic?
@IceCraftGaming No I'm a machinist. I haven't even been a passenger on a air force plane yet :p
lol i go unactive for 8 months then reappear and finish stoof

@jamesPLANESii The air force? Nice
Do you fly any planes there?

Right now with weekly and almost dayly work I'm around 7 mount for my last build, which isn't finished yet.
There are builds where I can do 8 hour sessions on
And there are the builds where I put 1 part and then leave for a week

Depending on the aircraft, maybe 4 - 6 months (maybe more)
My personal "best" was about 2 months of continuous work
But if you count breaks and stuff.... 7 months
1 day to 2 months
Hours? Days?
3 months and counting boi
XD
