So basically, this is a concept for a STOL (short takeoff and landing) aircraft. The engine rotates 45 (or a few more) degrees, meaning that when the plane takes off or lands, it flies upwards and forwards at the same time.
When it lands it would make ryanair landings look like butter landings 😂😂😂
