To apologise for the Halcyon Conflict and the damage caused the Saltwater Carrier Nation is donating the de-militarized SWS Exterminator aircraft carrier to all RP nations. It shall be shared neutral ground for peace talks and treaties, permanently stationed in international waters. It will be open to all and renamed "Peacemaker".
Please accept this gift from our Nation. We will provide maintenance and security for the vessel, but will hold no power over it.
