Eleu Defense Systems T-01 Eclipse
For the Trainer Challenge by EternalDarkness.
Carrier-based Teacher: The T-01 Eclipse
The Eclipse is a carrier capable jet trainer/COIN aircraft. It was designed in 1960 by Eleu Defense Systems and is very similar to the American T-2 Buckeye. Like the Buckeye, the Eclipse trained naval aviators to operate carrier-based aircraft.
It has a foldable laminar flow wing and wingtip fuel tanks. The landing gear has a tricycle layout and the rear wheels are located under both wings. 4 hardpoints are also located under the wings. The Eclipse is powered by two engines mounted low and they give the Eclipse a top speed of around 520 mph.
The Eclipse served as a carrier-based trainer until 2000, and it was replaced by modified F/A-25 Viziers.

Thank you for your attention and please leave feedback at the comments!
P.S. sorry for the lack of uploads guys, I just can't get time to build stuff because of real life stuff. Don't worry though, a new WWII fighter is in the works!
