Robinson Jolle
The Robinson Jolle is a boat type developed by the Haus Warwisch (the youth organisation where I sail now) as a small boat to teach kids sailing. It's shape makes it possible to build it with a small group as a a project and sail with four people. It is used on lakes and the baltic sea. This summer I was working as an instructor on these boats.
As for sailing properties, the original can take up to 5 bft but runs badly against the wind. with enough speed, it can start to glide and reach high speeds. It has a flat bottom, enabling it to be pulled on land for camping (centreboard and rudder can be retracted). If there is too much wind, you can choose to use one mast instead of two.
About the replica: The replica has all details except the screws and ropes. I added the crew because they are important for balance. It also doesn't use any sort of engine or gyro, it works just with the obvious and original mechanisms.
Controls:
VTOL + AG1-3 to control the sails (each for one sail)
Trim to retract the centreboard
Trim + 8 to retract the rudder
'G' + AG4-7 to swap the sides of each sailor individually (balancing the boat)
Instructions:
The more the wind is behind you, the more you have to open the sails. If it is directly behind you, you can swap the sides of the Mainsail (Middle, AG2). Go no further against the wind than 20° (+/- 110° to the wind direction). Interestingly you can then reach up to 32mph with 20mph wind(still not sure how that works). If you lift up the centreboard, you'll start to drift and loose stability, though you'll loose draft. retracting the rudder will decrease the steering ability drastically.
Btw one sailor (the prototype of the model) is a replica of myself.

Thank you so so much for this
Greetings, good sir! I had recently looked back at your Leopard tank and was simply awe-stricken by it. Would you be so interested as to contribute on a tank collaboration?
@niggelas100 danke
Schön
@kyuSha danke ^^
echt wunderschön!
@SpiritusRaptor thank you very much
WOW, this is great! I love the sails, actually the whole build is super!
@Thomasj041 It is a sponge (yellow) and a hand bailer (orange) in case water gets in but you don't want to miss the cheese either xD
Is that a bucket of cheese? Very essential item on a sailing trip.
@Kimcotupan15 I am talking about a german cutter type
I actually already built one of those
@WahrscheinlichIch same i don't like the bow. Based on the game "The pirate: Caribbean hunt" cutters have only one mast and two or more on ketch and schooner
@Kimcotupan15 it was actually made as a miniature cutter.
I think they look kinda cool though I don't like the flat bow.
@EternalDarkness thanks
Oh, looks like a schooner and it's beautiful
I'm sticking weapons on this and sinking the USS Beast.
Excellent work, as always
@Devilsfish Danke ^^
Sieht super aus :)!
