What if i'll try to change the construction of this aircraft to make a realistic weight numbers(22 metric tons empty, 35-40 tons gross, 45 tons MTOW) without compromising its flying characteristics? Will i face any serious challenges while doing so?

Roll is fantastic, and it flies relatively level (just a bit of nose down, but not severe). But, pitch, wayyyyy way way too powerful. I must pulling about 50gs when I fully pull up. That’s ridiculous. A plane shouldn’t be able to make a 180* turn in just 3 and a half seconds (someone prove me wrong). And acceleration is a bit too intense as well.
