M3311 Björn
Wheeled Infantry Fighting Vehicle
At the request of one MrOofington, I created an IFV to the specifications he provided. I'll admit, if it weren't for the intended role to be an IFV, I would like this build more, but I'm nonetheless proud of how detailed this came out. The turret was designed by none other than KerlonceauxIndustries, may he rest in peace.
General Description
While the M106 Hrafn made its impressions to potential buyers, a unique request was made for an amphibious IFV with the capability to withstand the 3UBR-11 APFSDS round fired by a BMP-2, as well as a requirement to fire LAHAT gun-launched ATGMs and standard 120mm NATO rounds, and also have a dedicated loader for the gun instead of the typical bustle autoloader seen on most Spartan ballistics tanks. Thus, the Björn was born. Due to design limitations, however, this WIFV is only capable of holding 5 fully equipped soldiers in the back, and this is thanks to the larger operating crew capacity and the larger turret basket within the hull. The amphibious capability has also, most unfortunately, been omitted due to the necessity to enlarge the turret for housing a 120mm cannon. Perhaps future versions can incorporate amphibious capability.

As usual, I encourage feedback so I may improve my building skill, and I can definitely say this was an unusual vehicle to build. I also believe the high performance cost is due in part to the chains on the bottom of the turret bustle, as I had to keep drag enabled to make them sway with motion. This build is most likely not very mobile friendly, but nothing is stopping any of you from trying! Anyways, feel free to leave an upvote and a spotlight if capable! I'll see you guys for the next build!

@LunarEclipseSP
I found that the hull front looks relatively similar lol
Definitely not the LAV-25
this is really nice
Well, this vehicle Is Very good
You make some cool stuff, here’s a spotlight and follow
@blt
Thank you for ypur support
@MrOofington
Unable to add amphibious capability for the time being, the turret being as big as it is renders that an impossibility for now, and the turret is the size it is due to the need to house 3 personnel inside it (Commander, Gunnder, Loader). It would be more feasible and practical to mount an unmanned turret, and that would also allow for more soldiers to be housed in the rear.
Very nice Marine! Thank you for your service man!
