The USS Taffy is a future FFG for the US Navy. The namesake of this ship is Task Force 77, Task Group 77.4; Taffy 1,2 and 3. That story is a fantastic one and worth your time if you don't know about it. Enjoy, and information down below.

The ship is outfitted with 2 RIM 116 Rolling Ariframe Missiles, 12 Tomaha- err... I mean Cleavers. There are also 20 Interceptor missiles and 6 Mk. 46 torpedoes in triple mounts. The shis also sports countermeasures, a landing pad with a drone hangar and an advanced sensor suite. She is capable of 33 knots via advanced jump-jet propulsion, and a lightweight construction.

@EternalDarkness thanks! I’ve taken inspiration from numerous Russian ships that I fight in Cold Waters, and I wanted to make an American themed design. I’m glad you like the strike capability, I set out to make an air defense oriented ffg, but it morphed into a multi-role ship

She's a beauty. Frigate is usually meant to fulfill a role of a WW2 cruiser in the modern fleet. Limited strike role, combined with good fleet air defense capability. This one is a bit more strike oriented. I like that.
