Milwaukee Road Hiawatha #1

105k RailfanEthan  5.0 years ago
Auto Credit Based on BoganBoganTheMan's Hiawatha

Other stuff:
Passenger cars
More trains you can haul

This train was designed for destroyerP's railway map.
.

Info
The Hiawatha was one of the earliest examples of streamlined steam engines in North America. Hiawathas 1-3 were used for several decades until they were replaced with diesel service. Later when Union Pacific would take care of passenger service, all passenger trains were painted yellow.

.

Controls
Trim is throttle
7 activates magnet
1 turns on headlight
2 turns on marker lamps
Brake gently while hauling trains.

.

I'd like to thank TrainDude for helping me start this project roughly 3yrs ago and BoganBoganTheMan for helping me with blueprints and the nose.

.

You can download 4 pre-Union Pacific coaches at the top and spawn them in the map as AI to haul them. You need to create a new location, though, since the cars are too long for track 2.

.

Enjoy!

@Jetliner101 I have HO and N scale. If you're going to get a N scale set, I recommend Bachmann. They're simple and easy to work with
