ah youre using fine tuner right? if you mirror a fine tuned wing it will not mirror propperly, you need to figure out the opposite angle of the wing. example, if you put the dihedral of the right wing to 10* you need to put the left one to 350*, a bit of math needed there, hope it helps!
Have you used Fine Tuner or Overload? THIS can be the Problem ... I have them myself sometimes XD
@Liyicheng my guess Is your computer is having problems calculating it both the placement of objects from one side to the other and whether is would snap to the chassis of the planet. This is not your computers fault but the program itself. Program having rules that the computer must follow.
