Endurance - 1914-1917 Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition

Apparently I'm doing a series on the vessels of famous Polar explorers. This build has a fairly high part count, but it runs smoothly on my 4 year-old phone.

"The Endurance, the ship which will take the Trans-continental party to the Weddell Sea, and will afterwards explore along an unknown coast-line, is a new vessel, specially constructed for Polar work under the supervision of a committee of Polar explorers. She was built by Christensen, the famous Norwegian constructor of sealing vessels, at Sandefjord. She is barquentine rigged, and has a triple-expansion engine giving her a speed under steam of 9 to 10 knots. To enable her to stay longer at sea, she will carry oil fuel as well as coal. She is of about 350 tons, and built of selected pine, oak, and greenheart. This fine vessel, equipped, has cost the Expedition £14,000."
-Sir Ernest Shackleton, "South - A Memoir of the Endurance Voyage"

You probably know the rest of the story: trapped in the polar ice, Endurance was eventually destroyed by the crushing pressure of the moving pack. All twenty-eight men aboard, led by Shackleton, survived the following ordeal and returned alive to England.

She handles easily in a variety of conditions, and is stable even in winds in excess of 60 knots.

Yaw for Helm
VTOL up to sheet out
Trim to brace the yards
Throttle for the engine (slow to accelerate, but will eventually make 10 knots - useful for maneuvering in and out of harbor, or operating during calm conditions.)
