Czechoslovak medium bomber prototype, based on airliner A-204.
Aircraft was presented in 1936 for the first time and production was planned after 1938. Project was canceled because of the German occupation.

One prototype was made, which was sadly destroyed after a crash landing by German pilot.
There were supposed to be 3 variants of this aircraft. The first one should had a range of 900km with 500-1000kg of bombs. The second one should be capable of delivering 900kg of bombs up to 1400km radius. The last version was reconnaissance with a range of 1800-2200km
Plane was also intended to be armed with 3 7.62mm machine guns vz.30.
