The Caudron C.561 was the last racer designed by Marcel Riffard for the French aeronautical company Caudron in 1936. It's eccentric canopy following the fuselage line afforded no forward site to the pilot, but allowed the aircraft to reach up to 550kph. Unfortunately, it failed to qualify in the 1939 "Coupe Deutsch de la Meurthe" and had little success.
