A bit of history. Focke-Achgelis Fa 223 Drache (dragon) was a helicopter developed by Germany during World War II. First flight of a prototype was in August 1940. Serial production was planed but was interrupted by allied air raids on multiple occasions, only a few examples were completed, they saw limited use. On one occasion a Fa 223 ware used to recover the wreckage of a crashed Dornier Do 217 aircraft. At the end of the war, several examples ware captured by the allies, and one was flown to the Britan making it the first helicopter to fly across the channal. Wikipedia article

Looks like an Osprey, weren't they based on the Fa-223?
H-145 plz
Beautiful to fly even w/o gyro.
Easily the best helicopter on the site
Good idea. He should build one.@JamesBleriot
@RadarJamJar Could you build the Sikorsky VS-300
Yea, learn your history.@DEDSEC14
@DEDSEC14 the Sikorsky VS-300 took off in 1939 lol
K. Good to know. Those helicopters are very interesting aircraft and I think they would be great to build. @RadarJamJar
@RadarJamJar thanks for updating the tiger as well!
@Kimcotupan15 and thank you for the spotlight.
@Kimcotupan15 I plane to make versions with new parts, and add more detail, I made a 1.8 version of my Euro tiger for start.
@GeneralOliverVonBismarck the engine represents part of the wreckage from a crashed Do 217 that was recovered using these helicopters, like in the image attached in the description. One of the version was planed to carry two 250 kg bombs or depth charges so I guess that qualifies it as an attack helicopter. And you may make an armed version if you wish.
@AerialFighterSnakes Ok I will consider it.
Great replica . Very nice job . Just magnific .
And the British got Hms cabbage
Welp the Germans have helicopters
Glad you're back! I used to enjoy your old helicopters before.
Do you mind to update your old helicopters with new parts?
@GeneralOliverVonBismarck for picking up with a magnet?
Oh ok.@GeneralOliverVonBismarck
Would you consider making an Aw-109 or an EC-120? I haven’t seen any good one of those on the site. PLEASE ANSWER MEH!!! I can’t sleep at night without knowing if you will make those helicopters or not. It’s my life long dream to see an EC-120 or AW-109 on the site with a cockpit.🥺 @RadarJamJar
You mean gunship?@GeneralOliverVonBismarck
Welcome back RadarJamJar. I though you were dead. Also would you consider making an EC-130 helicopter or an AW-109?
No problem! Its great to see that you're back @RadarJamJar
@CRJ900Pilot Thank you for the spotlight!
