Auto Credit Based on XAA18's T-92MVS
At the beginning of this century, Chinese researchers combined the gun-missle system with the Type 98 MBT chassis to develop a SPAA that is more suitable for the modern warfare situation. The product was code-named FK-02 by the military. Subsequently, on this basis, through comprehensively upgrading the FK-02's APS search/fire control radar, and replaced it with the Type 98A MBT chassis that focused on improving off-road stability,the Ground Weapons Group developed a more modernized second-generation integrated air defense system —— FK-16.
