Auto Credit Based on hpgbproductions's Winston FF3/097 KA

I am a huge fan of WipEout series so I was very thrilled when this hovercraft came out. However, the physics of the original post was a bit weird for my taste. So I decided to make some tweaks to the physics to make it more WipEout esque.
List of changes:
Added aerodynamic surfaces to the fins and parts of the fuselage.
Swapped the airbrake for real ones.
Tweaked the yaw power and autopitch.
