ADF-100F Killer Beafowl

Auto Credit Based on Wibbley's Boeing Bird of Prey (YF 118G)

"It's thrown away its wings yet it's still flying!"

ABOUT THIS PLANE:

Special Thanks to Wibbley’s Boeing Bird of Prey I thought that the Boeing Bird Of Prey looked similar to an ADF-11, it is small and looked nimble, so I thought what if it meant to have a body if it ever went into production? and so, here I am with Wibbley’s Boeing Bird Of Prey with a detachable body like an ADF-11F Raven from Ace Combat 7.

The ADF-100F Killer Beafowl got its name from the Metal Fight Beyblade BB-100 “Killer Beafowl / Evil Befall” and its serial name is from Ace Combat’s fictional Advance Dominance Fighter series aircraft it was based on and because I can’t think of a much more unique name so I put the two and two together and voila. I think the name is also fitting as it looks like a bird that resembles a peafowl. I didn’t go for the name ADF-118F because I couldn’t wrap around my head a befitting bird-of-prey name for the aircraft whilst keeping the same fictional name philosophy as my XFA-114 Variares.

My design reference for the body was Sentou Yousei Yukikaze’s FA-2 Fand II as it looks like one aircraft with the cockpit divided from the body also it is a very cool-looking futuristic aircraft befitting for the “100” number of the ADF-100F.

The ADF-100F is a very mobile-friendly build as I didn’t put much effort into putting custom weapons, landing gear, or more details into it that would increase its part size. But, it still has features such as a simple VR Cockpit, internal weapons bay, ramjet mode, and a simple AOA Limiter. The only feature it’s missing is airborne refuel capability as I would like this aircraft to have a flaw for fictional realism purposes where some things just didn’t go as planned.

AIRCRAFT DESCRIPTION:

A large fighter created as a Strato Fighter to combat the next generations of aircraft. Based on an old Advanced Dominance Fighter, the ADF-100F features a similar detachable body that can be changed to suit the operation at hand. What separates the ADF-100F from its predecessor is that it features a next-generation F-model wing dubbed the “Killer”, designed to combat next-gen airframes. This next-gen. F-model wings can be loaded with large amounts of various next-gen weaponry. Both the manned and unmanned versions’ nose units are capable of flying independently. This aircraft was designed to be detached from its wings if damaged enough allowing it to continue fighting with enhanced capability hindered by its large wings. Its nickname is "Killer Beafowl."
