MNF Gascogne (Remastered)

Gascogne! r e m a s t e r e d
- A remaster of my first battleship, Gascogne
- Made around 50 hours total, at least.
- 1850-part version(and better aiming system)
- The Catapult does not work but traverses
- No, there is no smoke on the final build. It was only for screenshots
- A reminder that this build’s gun elevation is REVERSED (try to reverse mouse control in CONTROLS settings)
- The ship isn't 100% fully modelled due to part-limit constraints
- Video demonstrating the guns (very boring)

MASTER CAUTION
You can hit yourself with the bow 380mm cannons, this results to instant death so dont fire directly towards the bow
Difference to the original
- A more realistic approach for the build (remastered the hull and made newer better guns)
- A better steering (Rudder actually works as the rudder, it uses wings for steering, there are no gyros in the ship)
- A realistic approach for propulsion (the propellers actually provide the thrust of the build, you lose a propeller, you lose acceleration. Reverse on the other hand is controlled by an engine)
- A more sensical freedom (The guns are MANUALLY Controlled instead of auto aim, I suggest using mouse aiming)
- A LOT OF PARTS (More than twice the original build in terms of part-count)
- Smoothness (the craft, especially the bow, is made to have a very smooth flare, way better than the original)
- 'Aircraft removed due to treaty limitations'

My Montana salutes your Gascogne.
I could never build such ships with detail and just pure quality (She's a beauty)
@Yourlocalhuman With a few HE bombs, this can really put that to the test!

Nice ! I can not wait to see it !
A Joffre class aircraft carrier would be amazing too ! I think you know them, they are two aircraft carriers which should have entered service in 43, one was started and never completed. Too bad..
