Goodbye, SimplePlanes

Almost exactly 2 years, I’ve been working on many planes, some didn’t ever make it past unlisted, and some made it to being uploaded

I’ve always tried to make the highest quality aircraft I possibly could, but I still feel very unfulfilled

As I said in a community post,

”I will be leaving due to some personal mental/physical health and some insomnia-related issues that I will not continue on, and it just feels like too much to run a 2 youtube channels, a simpleplanes profile, school, etc. I just don’t have the energy nor mental-capacity to run all of those.”

And in another post, i said

My GlideLite model 55X hasn’t been getting as much attention as it was worth for how long i spent making it.

I will be leaving, I just wanted to say, it was an amazing time here, everyone seemed very, very nice, I only ran into some complications in the community here and there, but I never have wanted to leave because of the community, in fact, it’s a huge reason why it’s so hard to part

I will still be rarely active on the website, but I will stop uploading planes

I just want to say, thank you, thank you to all the people who supported me, thank you to all the mods/devs for keeping the community upright, and thank YOU for reading this, I appreciate all of you
