A very, very, goober British Priest. It uses a 105mm cannon that deletes anything it can touch! Have fun with it.
Also, turn off Activation Group 8 and go off a ramp at high speeds to turn into an Olympics-level gymnast.

Priest is a World War II veteran, although he rarely saw the frontlines, normally providing supporting fire from behind friendly lines. Following the war he retired and became friends with the Calliope Clan and the Centurion Mk. III. He may have also had some affiliation with "FAB FOREVER," specifically uniting the forces and planning the joint strike.

In fact, in spite claiming to have "retired," he has proven an effective and loyal strategist several times, even when not fighting himself. To date, not a single military operation that was gifted with his tactics has ever failed. He might be a goober at first, and his firepower isn't otherworldly, but consider his brain and he's probably one of the most fearsome PEVs to deal with.
