Northrop F-5E-3 Tiger II Aggressor 'PAK FA'
INTRODUCTION:
First DLC in DCSP World.
Price: $0.00 USD [100% OFF Until 2099/2/31]
The Northrop F-5 is a family of supersonic light fighter aircraft initially designed as a privately funded project in the late 1950s by Northrop Corporation. There are two main models, the original F-5A and F-5B Freedom Fighter variants and the extensively updated F-5E and F-5F Tiger II variants. The design team wrapped a small, highly aerodynamic fighter around two compact and high-thrust General Electric J85 engines, focusing on performance and a low cost of maintenance.
I built this plane is because no one built a precise one on site before, I also want to make it as close to real as possible, or as close as DCS feeling.
Do not fly this plane under 20 FPS or it might not act like how it's been designed.
AI can fly this plane but won't fire any weapons.
HISTORY:
After winning the International Fighter Aircraft Competition, a program aimed at providing effective low-cost fighters to American allies, in 1970 Northrop introduced the second-generation F-5E Tiger II in 1972. This upgrade included more powerful engines, larger fuel capacity, greater wing area and improved leading edge extensions for better turn rates, optional air-to-air refueling, and improved avionics including air-to-air radar. Primarily used by American allies, it remains in US service to support training exercises.

I JUST FOUND THIS NOW!? sorry, but this is epic, not a question, but just wanted to show my love for this aircraft, I play DCS, and love both DCS and Simple planes, but to see this in Simple Planes is amazing, Awesome Job dude!
Is there any way you could add a link to the Air Force painted one?
@Onedream I can help with simple weapons if that's ok
@FalconDynamics So it is purposeful, that’s amazing!
@Somedumbguy Out of engine service ceiling, causes engine flameout.
Once happened, Press Left Engine Start button ,wait until the engine fully restart, then press Right Engine Start button to recover the engines.
High AoA or High G will cause the master caution emit too.
@FalconDynamics when you get over 53,000 feet in the air does the caution light pop on purposefully or what? Sorry, just curious.
I just want to say, this is THE most immersive plane on SimplePlanes, and provides an experience unmatched in immersive features, so I just want to say, thank you.
how do I turn on the weapons?
When next plane @FalconDynamics
WOW DUDE! This is truly the best fighter I've ever seen in this game! Keep up the great work! I am optimistic that you will do something that is modern
"you wouldnt download a car"
this doesn't seem very simple
Can you post the alternate livery?
@FalconDynamics hey sorry to bother you but can you make a fly by wire tutorial for this aircrafts fly by wire because the fly by wire on this aircraft is unlike any i've ever seen and works the best and is incomparable to others also my rating 10/10
@Onedream Permission granted
@FalconDynamics Hello buddy, I'm making a new plane, I've done the appearance of it, but I don't know how to make its control system, I want to transplant the control system of your plane, I hope you can agree
