It's the drones... the drones!!
Yeah, so I built a tiny little airport. It's not perfect, but it can get the job done.
Activation Groups 1-6 activate the drones, 8 toggles the lights. 7 is useless to my memory.
It's portable!
Now, let's talk about the drones...
The drones fly like fairly normal planes, they even have working guns! The only differences? They're launched from a drone station, they don't have landing gear, and they will set off a massive explosion if they crash. Other than that they fly exactly normal, VTOL for flaps, Trim for trim, Pitch, Throttle, Yaw, and Roll all have their normal functions, etc.
Now, formation flying as shown above is tempting, but resist the urge to do it unless you're going in a straight-line kamikaze trip (or just a short photo shoot like I did here).

I know what y're thinking @SPSidearm, but Defense Grid 10 will be unable to steal it, because I am currently using the only one existent as a boat. That and the drones are highly explosive, so even if you manage to steal the drones, they'll probably explode on a city-block level in the process.

He's implying he found the location of the Droneshed. DG-10 is basically a spy group he has which specializes in stealing enemy aircraft (so basically the USSR when an American aircraft gets near them 😂). However, the lore version of me (TUPL himself) is on that Droneshed, so DG-10 is absolutely cooked.
@ThatrandomguywholikesSP I would hope so, these drones may be intent kamikazes, but I built them to be recoverable in the case that you don't want to smash the drone to a bunch of tiny bits
