Thanks, @BaconRoll. I actually based it on the Northrop Gamma 2D, but now that you mention it, it resembles the H-1 too.
It's a thicco Hughes H-1 with lasers. Love it

@SledDriver Sorry for the confusion! As this builds was meant to be a spaceship - or at least a sci-fi aircraft, I used the word "starfighter" to describe this build...
@ThomasRoderick Oh, that I-16. When you said "starfighter," I thought you meant a fictional spaceplane from a movie or anime or something. Now I get it. Yeah, the I-16 is pretty cool looking.
@SledDriver The I-16 is a low monowing fighter designed by the Soviet Union in the 1930s, and was famed in that it was the first low-monowing cantilever fighter with retractable landing gears and attained operational status.

@SledDriver Well I ddn't notice... I thought it's an I-16 from the placement of the cannons, but the nose of the craft do resemble that of the Northrop Gamma... Sorry!
