As Snowstone somehow manages to get dragged into a war for no absolute reason, the Snowstone government has made measures to ensure that the island is defended by all means possible. This would require mass procurement or production from scratch, however constables were wise enough to scavenge from surplus piles.
Meet the Sted: a truck capable of fighting most air and ground targets. With surplus Phalanx CIWS stocks laying around, this truck feels more of a battleship. Although slow and unsurprisingly wobbly, it gives the SNC additional firepower.

Wait Snowstone retaken back by... whom?
Avalanche got invaded by the RCF/E (or the Grays, I forgot), but they were all eradicated or hospitalized following Operation Astro/Inferno (specifically the Inferno part- also good news, so far all injured units who were hospitalized have recovered, but I doubt they'll be able to fight again). Following that, Avalanche was rebuilt by the Snowstone government with help from the MDA (not as much because they needed help, but more because it was the right thing to do considering we, more accurately I, wrecked it in the first place lol).
As for Defense Grid 10, they were last seen in an attempt to destroy the Ice Base. We haven't seen them since, and the Ice Base is still standing, so we can fairly assume they failed and were likely captured.
If anything new happened, well I live under a rock ;-;
