About Korean air
Korean Air Lines Co, operating as Korean Air, is the flag carrier of South Korea and its largest airline based on fleet size, international destinations, and international flights.
The present-day Korean Air was established on 1 March 1969, after the Hanjin Group acquired government-owned Korean Air Lines, which had operated since June 1962. Korean Air, which has seen Asiana's successful RCP made planes operation since 1989, ordered 15 RCP D-01-200s in 1992 to replace the aging & the bankrupted McDonnell Douglas MD-80 and Fokker 100.
The D-01 has been used for short-distance international and domestic flights at Korean air, and has been loved for a long time and even ordering additional follow-up RCP models from Korean Air due to its high utilization rate and reliability.

What is "Visit Korea '94"?
The Korea Tourism Organization produced mascots and emblems for the first campaign to visit Korea. In particular, mascots using colorful garments, Taekwondo motifs, and lanterns lanterns were examples of Korean motifs compressed in the 1994.
Historical Reference
Korean Air painted the mascot of the event small on the side of the aircraft and wrote VISIT KOREA '94, at Boeing 747-300 HL7430, Boeing 747SP-B5 HL7457, McDonnell Douglas MD-11 HL7375, McDonnell Douglas MD-82 HL7272. This livery is based on the MD-82, and used the aircraft number HL7272.
The VISIT KOREA '94 livery was third special livery used by Korean Air, first was I LOVE NEW YORK livery and second was 1988 Seoul Olympics livery.
