Flanker are any of the following; Su-27, Su-30, Su-32, Su-33, Su-34, Su-35 and Su-37. Those, with their sub versions, are all the Flankers. They all stem from the Su-27.

@ForeverPie it was a joke, but they would probably be even! They are/were very good in different roles such as maneuverability (which credits the typhoon), and stability (which credits the Tomcat). So all in all, F-14 = long/medium range; Typhoon = Short/long/medium range; but the Typhoon is more maneuverable so that has a role in short range!
