As you can see, this is a Cessna 172!
The early C-172, modeled after the Cessna C-170 and the standard three-wheel transmission aircraft, had sold more than 1,400 by 1956 alone. The early Type 172 was very similar to the Type 170, with the same airframe and a maximum takeoff weight of 2,200 pounds. It was later redesigned with front three-point landing gear and added rear Windows to improve the pilot's view, becoming an aircraft capable of seeing its surroundings 360 degrees.
