I'm having issues connecting to any servers i can find. i've made sure to set my name and i've used trollshield to set a 300 part limit. i'm using a pretty beefy computer, (3.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 24 GB 1600 MHz) but I am using the apple store version (i've figured out how to install mods and most work fine) do I need the steam version of this to work? I've made sure to set my name but all it says is "connection failed". the plane i'm trying to connect with is only ± 30 parts.
go under your user folder from Macintosh HD.
click on the previously-hidden library folder. then on "containers".
find the folder labeled "com.jundrooSimplePlanesOSX".
go data>Library>Application support> com.JundrooSimplePlanesOSX>Mods
then you can drag whatever you want into the folder. @Hawker180hurricane
I don’t necessarily mind the straight missile paths, it’s more the fact that these missiles don’t even try to reacquire the target when they miss. Most of the time they just curve away, then impact on land or sea.
Keep your printer in an as-controllable-as-possible environment. Too much heat or cold will make the printer want to murder what it’s printing. And I mean from normal room temp.
I agree with MajorSix. Making fusel-wings is all fine and good but I would like to have it in a single part to:
A) bring down part count
B) Speed up the building process
C) Simplify things
Also I can't figure out control surfaces.
It's why I haven't released another Reaper II.
Long ago... there was once a stock plane called the high-wing seaplane. It was removed, even though It was easier to control, and land. (IMO) the seaplane we have now is a descendent of the "Low wing seaplane". This Plane is the best of both designs.
Smooth and ridged fuselage-like components that generate lift, even when still.
Vents that decrease that lift when activated.
Ballast that can be dropped.
Maybe even mooring clamps?
@TheVexedVortex @Spaceflower yep, same thing’s been happening to me
Who needs sr2?
+3Hmmm… are the devs planning on adding multiplayer if all of the servers are down at once?
0 _ 0
I need that walker.
+1How about configurable grilles for fuselage inlets?
+2@Chaka Hello, I tried to connect to the IP in the comment, But I keep getting a "connection refused" message. Am I doing anything wrong?

+1Basically:

find the folder labeled "com.jundrooSimplePlanesOSX".

go Shift-cmd (period key). @Hawker180hurricane
@Hawker180hurricane I can help with that... it's easier with steam, but this is how I do it:
https://www.simpleplanes.com/Forums/View/886179/HOW-TO-DOWNLOAD-MODS-ON-MAC-XD-App-Store-Version
Just press (shift-cmd-.) to show hidden files.
@Hawker180hurricane
I am in dire need of some IP's then :)
For all those new users (and for myself) are there any multiplayer servers still active?
@ZippyyThecat of a multiplayer mod server
IP address @ZippyyThecat
Felllla’s Rayla PfP is getting progressively angrier the more people make fun of it.
+1I believe in happy people.

next is mustang munday
:)
+1@LegoBuilder0727
(looks at madness unfolding)
(looks at server IP)
I'll bring my flying howitzer.
:) thank you all for the help
@MinWiii @MiiWini @asteroidbook345
@NoraBlackheart it’s the brown pearl, an Easter egg. You’ll need to take off from Wright and fly at heading 247 to find it.
Ps: you’ll need a very fast plane.
Thank you, @t0mato72
Can you tag me on the cargo seaplane?
+1A Cargo plane meant to operate in remote parts of the world
Yeah you look up a vehicle and there’s at least one SP image in the search
+13Keep your printer in an as-controllable-as-possible environment. Too much heat or cold will make the printer want to murder what it’s printing. And I mean from normal room temp.
Agreed, very nozzle concept.

+1So this is what the USAF spent all their budget on…
+7I can't tell I wright was launched off the earth or the earth was launched off wright

I can't break the vibration barrier. I guess smaller wings are key.
+1Dorito power!
And, just to mix things up, I’ll request a first-gen Ford falcon.
Ha! I actually saw this in real life. Very accurate.
+16It's like, halfway between a Y-wing and a F-104

honestly, when someone does this it makes me feel proud that my build was good enough to be ripped off.
@Gestour sorry, my bad
( Happy, exited noises )
+1I now have an interest in building a watercraft. I'm pretty sure my Albatross isn't going to cut it...
Ah, yes. The most normal looking plane to have anything to do with scaled composites...
I gotta wonder if there's some easter eggs that still haven't been discovered....

+1But the question remains:
does this work on Android?
( at 1:00) German test pilot flies experimental High-speed zeppelin over the pacific, 1943, colourized.
Me: where's the gun?
(looks at part count)
Me: huh.
(looks at weight)
me: oh.
Maywar Design is on it!
Airship parts!

This is a huge leap forward from the original! It's a lot more stable and manageable in this state.
Now I’m just waiting for someone to make a logging mech
