@EternalDarkness I kinda want to but I'm not great at keeping secrets. This thing is going to be powering an Eindecker E.III very soon. Since you mentioned it I may just have to build a Sopwith to go along with it.
@EternalDarkness Thanks! While a Sop is really tempting, it's not what I have planned at the moment. The problem with that list is that it doesn't include all the planes that used a licensed copy built by a different manufacturer. I guess technically this one would be called an Oberursel U.I. however it is mechanically identically to the Gnome.
@ChiChiWerx Thanks! Honestly it's just because the nose wheels are a stock part, I wish there was a way to get the same function out of the rest of the wheel types.
@ChiChiWerx Yeah as of now this seems like my best bet. It would be nice if there was a way to assign more than one value to the input for control surfaces, but the rotator method isn't much more work. Thanks
@jamesPLANESii Yeah I think that's what I'm going to be doing, and yes since I'm on windows I shouldn't have much trouble getting things in place. Thanks
@EliteIndustries1 Yeah it just might work, but the look wouldn't be ideal. I think I'll just go the very small rotator route and hope for the best. Thanks anyways.
@Fishbowl1121 I imagine they are in the same boat as elevons unfortunately. I just put elevons specifically because thats what my current endeavor calls for
@jamesPLANESii Thanks! I actually planned on making a full interior for it (which is why the middle fuselage is hollow), but time was limited and I really wanted to get a "completed" version flying. One of these days I'll probably go back and rip out all the cockpit stuff and finish it the way I originally intended.
@RandyAndSonsAircraft Thanks! To be fair, the way the cockpit was angled just gave a very lovely view of the trailing edge of the upper wing, and I found that somewhat annoying. I wanted to get a feel for looking down the long nose of the plane under the wing so thats why it's like it is now.
@Fuunguy666 Well I just got that same message when I tried to download it on my phone, but then oddly enough it continued through and then let me fly the plane.
Well this is really cool! Thanks for the credit as well
+1Thank you very much! @Mustang51
Thanks buddy, I appreciate it! @PlanemcPlane
@mikoyanster Thank you very much, here's to a good competition!
Have you been modifying the XML? I get that message all the time when I accidentally delete quotation marks or or commas.
@jamesPLANESii Thanks! About 250 parts total on the engine itself, mostly the cooling vanes
@Fishbowl1121 Haha soon enough, but it's missing a few very important wingy-things
@NativeChief1492 Just shy of 250
@EliteIndustries1 Thanks!

@ShatSlanger Thanks!
@MailboxIsMyGender Well I learned something new today, very cool. I had heard about Glenn flying an F-86 but didn't know he flew the cutlass.
@ChiChiWerx Thanks! Honestly it's just because the nose wheels are a stock part, I wish there was a way to get the same function out of the rest of the wheel types.
@saturn28 Thanks! Yeah I got a little carried away with this one lol
Very cool design
@Gemista I'd like to say by the end of today but I think that's being a little optimistic
@Gemista yeah I've been reading quite a few articles about how unsafe it was, apparently the engines would flame out if you looked at them funny
@EliteIndustries1 Vought F7U Cutlass

@jamesPLANESii Yeah I think that's what I'm going to be doing, and yes since I'm on windows I shouldn't have much trouble getting things in place. Thanks
@Alienbeef0421 Yeah that works, however what I'm making has a traditional wing that uses elevons, so unfortunately that can't be used. Thanks though.

@Feanor Ah I see. I was thinking about doing something similar but was hoping I was overlooking an easy solve. Thanks for the help!
@OverlordAeronautics2 Thanks haha it just took a lot of time and a lot of XML editing lol
@Sarpanitu Thanks!
@WalrusAircraft Thank you!
@Mumpsy Thanks!
Love the interior!
@KHH @PhantomBladeCorp Thanks guys!
@realluochen9999 Thanks!
The wing folding is fantastic
@jamesPLANESii Thank you!
@Athaya @XxcreedexX Thanks! The gun doesn't explode the plane for me as long as the landing gear are up. My physics are on high
@saturn28 Thanks!
Is it worth entering my plane even though it exceeds the parts limit?
@jamesPLANESii Thanks! I actually planned on making a full interior for it (which is why the middle fuselage is hollow), but time was limited and I really wanted to get a "completed" version flying. One of these days I'll probably go back and rip out all the cockpit stuff and finish it the way I originally intended.
@ChiChiWerx Thanks, I appreciate it!
@Treadmill103 Thank you!
@BogdanX Thanks again, I really do appreciate it
@BogdanX Thanks! And yeah you're right about the roll, but it's so very gradual I hardly even considered it a right-tendency
@saturn28 Thanks!
@bjac0 Thank you!
@Kyriel66 I modified the XML file for the aircraft to make really long and thin fuselage pieces
Wow this is clever
@belugasub @A3 Big thanks both of you!
@Fuunguy666 Well I just got that same message when I tried to download it on my phone, but then oddly enough it continued through and then let me fly the plane.
@Fuunguy666 I have never heard of that happening, what platform are you using?
