I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to find pirated copies of SimplePlanes. Just beware that it most likely will have adware/malware embedded in it by the pirates. That's a great way to wreck your device and also compromise the security of your system. I wouldn't want to login to my accounts on a computer that had malware running on it, because they could easily steal your login info as you're typing it.
@alexchub1 XML modding is allowed on some parts, but you need to be very careful. I would recommend getting the tournament validator mod so you can check your work and make sure you're not violating any rules.

I believe our limit for uploading a mod is 20MB, so the mod is too large. You'll need to upload it to Google Drive or Dropbox and then just use a link on your mod post.
Is your computer low on hard drive space? It could also be a permission problem if the game will not allow you to save. What is your OS and where did you purchase SimplePlanes?
Just ran a validation check on everyone's designs. If you did not receive a notification then your currently submitted design has passed validation. No news is good news.
Yep, there was an issue with the website where the jobs weren't running to update things like publishing posts, etc, but things should be working now. Thanks for letting us know.
@AeroMobilFlyingCar Are you running and mods? Have you tried turning quality settings down? Also, you can try forcing D3D9 and see if that helps (or switch back to D3D11 if you are already using D3D9.)
Do not be fooled by the soft, rotund buttocks of the Porcus. It is a fearsome beast that can unleash fury like the world has never seen. Nice work, @SledDriver.
I just thought it made more sense to start a new rank on a '1' instead of a '0', with the exception being a completely new user account (which starts at 0).
@jamesPLANESii The CoL indicator can get a little funky on complex designs such as this one, so I'm not surprised by that. Not sure what's going on with the backward picture or the incorrect upvote count. Thanks for letting me know.
@kerothehero :D
We will try and get better about posting more regular status updates, but I'm not confident enough to put a number on what percentage complete anything is yet.
@chancey21 If the validation check doesn't catch it then it's on me.

@Thederpingmemes yep, you can mod health.
@Phantom1 sure, but only one person can submit it and get all of those sweet internet points.

@Adiarka454 countermeasures are fine.
@LimitedShelf568 yep, we can't really stop that from happening, so you can do it.
@Planefun Yes

What is the file size of your mod?
It was live streamed and also recorded. You can click on any match in the Tournament Bracket and watch the recording.
hmm, maybe a cloud sync issue with Steam? Maybe try turning off cloud sync with Steam?

@SledDriver I'm glad to hear that. XML modding will be available in SR2. In fact, we've been able to improve it so it should be even more flexible.
@EarthwormJim I'm sorry, but I really don't have the time to run those tests.
Assuming you are on PC, you can find them here:
%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes\AircraftDesigns
@Gravity Auto-credit only works for one design. If a design uses parts from multiple designs, it won't show them all.
@Patrick20206 I think that's a violation....not 100% sure, it's been a while since I looked in the code...
@chancey21 You can xml mod some aspects, but best to get the tournament validator mod and double check before submitting.
@TheBoeingEngineer yep :)
Try forcing SimplePlanes to run with D3D9. Instructions are here.

@Hayhayjam664 Yep, we had an issue with the job processing on the website so things are a bit out of whack, but should be okay now.
@rubbishcraft I'm working on it. Should be fixed soon.
Thanks for letting me know. I found out what's wrong and I'm working on fixing it.
@Damedol2 @PorkyClown3
@RailfanEthan We upgraded the storage space on our database server. Running out of space. I guess that's a good problem to have ;)
@KDS great! I'm glad to hear it's working.
Sorry about that. I just fixed a bug, hopefully it won't be a problem anymore.
@BroAeronautics No. It will be released in 2018.
@AeroMobilFlyingCar Are you running and mods? Have you tried turning quality settings down? Also, you can try forcing D3D9 and see if that helps (or switch back to D3D11 if you are already using D3D9.)
@chancey21 Make sure you are reading the instructions. It clearly says No weapons.
3265 * 36 = 117,540

@Patrick20206 We are about due for another car race. Maybe next time.
Thanks, and you have a Merry Christmas too, @WalrusAircraft!
@WalrusAircraft I'm going to call that one a feature :)
This is absolutely amazing work, @Lumian300.
@Mr6371 Yes, but it causes chaos with the system. You have a bunch of comments pointing towards old usernames, and it gets very confusing.
@Creeperslayerz they will be linked, so you can use your same account in both sites, but you will have new ranks and user points on SimpleRockets.com.
I just thought it made more sense to start a new rank on a '1' instead of a '0', with the exception being a completely new user account (which starts at 0).
@Mr6371 I renamed your user account to remove the underscore.
@AudioDud3 But you get all of those sweet successor points ;P
@Stellarlabs I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
I cleared up some old read notifications. Those tables were taking up gigs of space.

What version of the game are you using? Are you on Windows?
what are the bugs?
