@xXRaindropXx I made the wings slightly larger and the vertical and horizontal stabilizers larger as well. I also noticed that the CoM and CoL were right on top of each other, and planes fly best if the CoM is ahead of the CoL. So I adjusted the weight balance a bit so the CoM was further up and the CoL was farther back. Hope I helped!

1. It's really heavy for it's size, either make the whole thing bigger or lower it's weight
2. Larger control surfaces

okay, one thing I would really recommend is larger wings. More wing space makes it fly better, handle faster, and take off sooner. And although the water landing gear is cool, it does add a lot of weight and drag. For your next plane I would recommend trying out a jet. Hopefully that can start you off, I look forward to seeing your other designs!
