Ok most planes never reach their max speed in this game. If you want a detailed physics analysis I would recommend you to talk to ChiChiWerx who has mentored me. The system I use I feel works the best.@edensk
Idk if this is possible man. I think planes and mods go through a scanning process before they are uploaded and you can’t embed a code in xml script so I don’t think this is real
How come this stuff always happens in Indonesia or Malaysia? They seem to always have a case of disappearing planes that end up in the water maybe about once every 1 to 2 years.
Honestly I don’t like always making my custom surface bc they take forever to get right sometimes so I think a wing reshape would be nice and I don’t think it would be that difficult
The way I was talking about the f-16 was that if it didn’t have its fly by wire this would have been a problem. The f-16 has automatic yaw control for roll at high AOA. I was sayi. I should have thought it would be a problem on older aircraft. Ahh that would make sense on the missiles too much weight in the front or back usually causes it for me. Heres a good picture comparing the older models to the newer ones the E has about 40%-50% larger surfaces in the front and it makes quite the difference at Mach 2.5-3 so I would still say the surfaces are much larger. The AIM9A/B had a hit rate of about 20% so again 30-50% is probably not far off. I’m not trying to criticize you I assure that’s not where this is coming from. I am just trying to show my reasoning behind my comments. Really other than the missile thing I think it’s spot on.@edensk
Don’t forget the 9E also had better maneuvering than the a and b models due to much larger fins making it perform more like a L or a P model than the B. The L model has an 80% hit rate so I would figure the E would have a hit rate anywhere inside the 30-50% range from behind. It is harder to get missiles to work in SP especially when they like to go in circles so I guess it’s not a huge deal. I’m just more of a weapons guy than most people. I actually didn’t know about the high AOA roll but I guess it does make sense. I guess I should have known this from observing aircraft like the F-16 lol
@edensk
I like it a lot it has a couple of problems like it rolling not the way it's supposed to but ill blame that one on crappy sp physics and then the missiles can't hit anything. The AIM-9Es weren't very maneuverable but there are at least more maneuverable than the AIM-9Bs because of the larger forward canards. The AIM-9E should be able to hit anything within the inner to mid range of the pipper. Other than those things i love the plane especially the true to real life flight model. Most people dont understand that these planes have huge AOA.
@unCANNY I cant take off or turn it though. And there is a problem with the engines you should be able to hold a 10 degree climb and the speed not drop. Youve got some things to work on in terms of flight models but on everything else it seems good.
Wow what a great nuclear tipped ICBM. I think it’s a terrible box. Clearly this was supposed to be a nuke I’m very disappointed in the lack of realism and the handling is just awful it won’t even move!
Oh I saw the high drag points and I saw you saying it was hurting your device so I assumed you didn’t lol. Yeah I really like the details you put in here. Is it based on anything?@FelixHCSX
Your laptop is lagging because of mass drag. When you build a ship you need to make sure calculateDrag is false not dragScale 0 on all parts except one. On that one part you can put drag scale up to whatever you want it to make your ship slow down the way you want it to
@WIZARD2017 hey, I'm trying to make a target indicator on the map for an SPG but I don't really know how you made this, and I don't want to screw anything up. Basically, I want to remove the auto-zoom so it stays at the view where you can see everything, and then I want to add crosshairs on there to line up where the shell will hit so you don't have to use sighting rounds. I have a pretty good idea how to do the crosshairs but I want to know if it is safe to scale, how all the pistons inside there work, and whats ok to change.
Being drag points to probably 5-7k and have realistic engine power and you would be golden

Engine power might be too low as well you need to do the exact thrust and then adjust drag points this plane needs about 1000-1500 drag points
Drag points are too low and it does turn fast but it’s pretty good
Flaps don’t work for some reason although idk if the mirage even had flaps delta wings sometimes dont

+1How come this stuff always happens in Indonesia or Malaysia? They seem to always have a case of disappearing planes that end up in the water maybe about once every 1 to 2 years.
+1Finishing a project
Honestly I don’t like always making my custom surface bc they take forever to get right sometimes so I think a wing reshape would be nice and I don’t think it would be that difficult
Why would you ever need that many GAUs 😂😂😂
+1Hey don't leave out Jimmy Doolittle
It seems the left landing gear is stuck

BTW I love the high G tank drop mechanic

+1@edensk About Time! lol
+1@stevemc01 click
@stevemc01 There is a new proximity one that you can use but this one just adjusts the lifetime perameter in xml
@tsampoy i have no idea thats why im asking lol
@BagelPlane I guess ill look at some of his stuff
@edensk No thats not what im looking for... This is specifically for ground vehicles btw great to see you again!
@rexzion Its an SPG mounted on a HEMTT type chasis
@unCANNY I cant take off or turn it though. And there is a problem with the engines you should be able to hold a 10 degree climb and the speed not drop. Youve got some things to work on in terms of flight models but on everything else it seems good.
@rexzion bruh im not gonna tell you lol its a suprise
Its awesome except for that it has no pitch authority
Hmmm looks a bit too wide but that could just be the angle looks really good other than that @Hedero
Is this the 2000?
Hmm the cockpit looks odd to me but I could be wrong
+1Man this isn’t good y’all are Lyon. 😂 jk looks real nice 👌🏻
That line is from the simpsons smh@Hedero
Very nice ft you probably didn’t have to panel the whole thing but you did a nice job. I hope you finish it sometime!
+1Nobody:...
Me: Excellent Smithers
Lmao I can’t even make a plane this good apparently. This has more upvotes than 75%of my stuff@rexzion

Nice man! Looking forward to it!@CoolPeach
Thanks!@WIZARD2017
@NexusGaming or i might have accidentaly put 104 instead of 105
@NexusGaming 10*4=40 dispensed submunitions + 10 canisters that the bomblets came out of=50 i guess 52 if you count the bomb case and the bomb itself

Wow. Nice AK
great job as always
Cool concept, USAFs loyal wingman + USN unmanned frigate
man you made a monster, great job!
loophole: if I use two i dont have to credit lmao
+1Yay new plane! @Dimkal
