@PapaKernels Okay I'll make a boat then. I'm curious as to why you want th drag points so low? I know the flight sim isn't perfect but I think your numbers are too low.
If I do a boat can it be jet powered or does it have to use props? Also how will you be testing the boats? Does it need to be maneuverable or can I go for straight line speed?
@MrShenanigans I just posted one. I think I got all the rules. Didn't mod the wheels or jet engine, car engine is at 11000. Let me know if I gotta change anything but I think it's all to spec.
@PapaKernels Yeah I was trying to make it real sluggish cause it's so slow but I just went back and flew it and realized how slow the controls are. It's bad lol.

@Spenzerointernational don't get me wrong, I'm definitely proud of this build considering I haven't work d without fuselage parts since I played the tutorial. But it's definitely uglier than my normal fuselage work.

Definitely in. I haven't built anything without fine tuner since like my first plane. Should be challenging. Also can I use the transform part tool or was that not around? I turned off mods but it's still there and it can be used for "nudging"?
@rexzion yeah a mod gave me crap for implied swearing once (which I was a dick about sorry) so I imagine they will have a field day with this one. Actually I'm curious who are mods other than EternalDarkness he's th only one I've ever actually interacted with?

Looks amazing, your design is absolutely awesome overall. Just cause I'm a nerd for realism your wings are a little small. Like 2 or 3 times too small. And the pilot seat is 4 feet wide. But seriously the concept is one of the best I've seen.

First off good work everyone, all the planes have the vibe I was looking for. First place was actually a tie on points for Nightgems and PapaKernels. I gave it to PapaKernels though because I appreciate the duck taped lawn chair for a captians seat. I feel like that really nails the idea of the challenge being sketchy and homemade. Prizes will be distributed as I am able. Thanks for participating. I know it was only you 3 but I still enjoyed making this challenge.

@UltraLight I just want to address the point you made about weight, idk if others do but when I'm building such a light craft I like to add about 250 lbs (I'm fat) in the location of the pilots seat. And keep the fuel weight as realistic as possible. I feel like otherwise I'm just building really big RC plane. With things this small I think it's important to simulate the load.

What's the point of having a scoring system if the only thing you're actually using to decide placement is speed?

Actually the "fanning" effect you mention isn't how most birds fly. It's more similar to bumblebees and hummingbirds.
