Well, according to my understanding in our research class, you need to change the methodology or the set parameters in a noticeable manner to call it your own novel or original design.
.
Yeah that’s good enough you can call that your own
Nah it was intended as a joke. But my initial testings showed those aspects. I Did everything to reduce the maneuverbility but keeping the STOL capability good @KASA
The most common technique I’ve seen is a real small cockpit interior located above the cockpit. Let’s say the plane has a cockpit the size of 3 units. The interior of that is a separate model shrunk to the size of 0.5 units. Then the cockpit block is then moved to the location of the interior.
.
This now has the effect of an actual interior cockpit in cockpit view without those pesky blocks protruding out.
.
.
.
I will rephrase this. I hope you get what I mean.
The high part count is due to the blocks used. It is the most inefficient way (space wise) of building such a large craft. I recommend switching most of these with fuselage blocks. They also provide more control and detail if you use one.
.
Aside from that, this shows potential! Tag me in its updates
It... is hard to describe. I recommend downloading it. Basically the direction the control surfaces I made is inverted @Delphinos
.
Like the flaps. It’s supposed to provide extra lift right by pushing a surface down. Thus the nose rises. But in this case, when the flap goes down, the nose goes down.
I also have to test this out. But if the wings have fuselage pieces it would have an effect
You can create a Reaction Control Wheel or Torque wheel. This is Basically what the gyroscope does. But the ingame gyro has the ability of realignment to the horizontal axis
2.1. It actually has been created by BaconAircrafts labeled as a Gyroscopic sphere. Some people created an improved version like RadarJamJar’s. I also relied heavily on this concept and have at least 2 on my VTOL aircrafts before the Ingame Gyroscopes came around.
It is actually easy. Take a heavy disk, put them on a fast spinning infinite rotator, put that apparatus on a hinge rotator, mirror, invert one hinge rotator, and repeat on the other axis.
You don’t have to necessarily upload a fixed amount of aircrafts as a quota. You can upload whenever you want.
.
If it wears you out, find other stuffs to play with. Idk, other games, read, watch, etc... then if you feel like it, come back. If it wears you out again, repeat.
Hmmm the classic aircraft stabilization system is back

This happens if you tap undo rapidly. Those blocks would disappear if you exit the editor, Load level, or restart the app
