1'st: [Part] change the weight and size (as we need it).
2'nd: VTOL Nozzle > [EngineTrustPort]/exhaustScale - change the overall size of the flame (10,10,10 or 20,20,10 - for example).
3'rd: VTOL Nozzle > [InputController]/ input - None (Or "Disabled" in standart PartProperties).
Further it is very difficult:
Choose a Blasto VTOL > XML Editor > [Engine]/ powerMultiplier = 0, exhaustScale similar to VTOL Nozzle.
Right there > [InputController] / adjust the minimum and maximum (-0,5 & 0.5) Next: input = clamp01(Brake - clamp01(smooth(Brake * 5 - 4, 1)))(GS>10) + clamp01(GS>40) (Pitch <= 0.5)
Just copy and paste this code or try to change it "experimentally".
@Shanethepain1 move the zero mobility rotators up. In other words - swap the positions of the vertical "stick" and the rotator (0 * ). Apply the mobility of this rotator (90 *).
@P7VDS Yes, air brakes can be added. But most people have Overload/XML mod. You do not change the game globally modifications. This is just a replacement of the braking torque for a more 'automotive' one. The default value [50] - necessary for a smooth stop of aircrafts.

Make more tail wing & change roll to yaw with tail wing. Reduce aircraft weight to 5 tons (aircraft nose).

Pitch&Roll for truck driving.
It was planned to create a rally car. [See predecessor. There is a rally chassis]. but in the end it is more "buggy car" than "rally".

At high elevation angles (50-55'), the tank "overturns". Probably somewhere gun does interlock. Gun Collision off - I know.

Not enough braking torque on the wheels (Especially the front wheels require extra effort). Also, it would try be to add engine power (1200+).
