This is a mean machine! It looks so bad to the bone and handles ridiculously well! Nice job man! You and just a hand full of other builders keep me coming back :]
I have a couple TIE Fighters I have created and would love it if you gave em a look... Actually really curious to see your take on a TIE design. You captured the X-wing so well
Epic build man looks great!! I love star ship builds because it adds an extra bit of challenge when it comes to making them fly well. Great job dude! This thing is sick and your other designs are awesome! I'll be following you that for sure! Keep it up!
:] awesome detail! Flys beautifully! That interior is outstanding!! Just as much thought put into the cabin as the exterior.. You don't see that a lot.. Keep it up!
@ Authros I'm sure you have a few things in mind already but when you run out of ideas you should look into Odyssey Marine. They are deep-ocean exploration outfit that specializes in research and recovery of deep shipwrecks and historical sites. The Odyssey Explorer is a pretty epic marine vessel that has an exploratory sub that can be launched from the back. Just and idea ;) it would be cool to see it done with your attention to detail. Keep up the awesome builds!
Simple but still perfect.. I love the adjustable trim and how well she actually handles.. You have a good understanding of boat physics as well as aircraft design.. Nice job! I can't wait to see the larger MV you will be constructing to launch this from!
@TheLantentImage have a few thinks in the works but haven't been satisfied with them :| gonna start a new project tonight. Hopefully something for the Star Wars Challenge. I have also been trying to think of a good team build that you, myself and Wakescar could collaborate on. If you can think of a sweet movie or franchise with three vehicles we could build shout at me.
@TheLatentImage the narcosis comes from the nitrogen I'm loading my body with at pressure. That's why they tend to use mixed gases at greater depths, like the helium you mentioned. When you start getting too much nitrogen in your system you begin to feel a little "loopy". It gets harder to focus and you feel impaired. I'm not so sure about oxygen deprived environments. I know that breathing pure O2 can make you feel good, hence oxygen bars. But pure oxygen at pressure can be toxic of you breath to much of it. When you breath Heliox (helium and oxygen) they take the nitrogen out of the air and replace with helium so you don't get nitrogen narcosis and your body can shed the helium from your bloodstream quicker because it's a lighter gas then nitrogen. Sorry if I'm rambling about things you already understand :P
@TheLatentImage sorry friend :P not tryin to sound like a "know it all" lol. I actually hate talking about being a diver most of the time haha. Most divers I've met like to talk about themselves, A LOT. Lol but I guess you have that everywhere you go these days with all kinds of things. I haven't done to many mixed gas dives, not usually going that deep. Offshore they tend to use mixed gas a lot and it can be QUITE funny lol. "Topside I have reached the bottom" in a hilarious chipmunk voice Hahaha!! The only time I have ever experienced something like that was in a hyperbaric chamber. I was pressurized to about 250 feet for a nitrogen narcosis test. My vocal chords were compressed and I sounded like I was breathing helium lol. On top of that I was feeling a little "narced out" so it was very comical!
I'm in but I fear this challenge is a little late... So many epic SW builds already, including some of your own. But...... Star Wars is awesome so why not continue the saga!! :P
Pretty cool!! Nice job!! There are a lot of really nicely done angles on his build. It's tricky to capture certain rounded shapes like those pontoons but you have done an excellent job!
@TheLatentImage haha absolutely!! Unfortunatly if you're diving for an extended period of time at any real depth ( greater than 20-35' ) you can't bolt for the surface because of nitrogen that builds up in your system while breathing under pressure. So it's more of a "Oh man I just crapped my pants but I have to sit here and deal" lol. But we work a lot in shallow dark waters so I have definetly had to go to the surface before and regroup after run in with "something" in the dark lol.
@TheLatentImage diver not driver :P I work underwater.. I do a lot of driving because I work all over New England but nothing quite as stressful as your time spent on the roads I'm sure! At most I have a 30 boat behind the truck which can be quite stressful at times. You're absolutely right though, seems anyone can get a license these days, the highways in this country are a dangerous place!
@TheLatentImage doing pretty well brotha.. Been getting busy with work. I'm a commercial diver so with the nice weather comes my busy season. Hope to put a build out soon.. I'd like to make an original but seem to be lacking in creativity lately.. Perhaps I will consult the animal kingdom yet again ;)
Awesome plane my friend! Very creative original. I like he features you have incorporated ( engine that rotates when taking off and pitch control ).. Great job my man keep it up!!
Seriously epic dude!!!

Hell of machine! Looks sharp!
Very smooth/clean curves on the beauty! Nice job!
Points for Wakescar.. It already flew extremely well. If you read the description more carefully you would understand this.
Nice build and it did not break for me the way it has for others
