@MakeshiftPlanes VTOL is nearly always used for Flaps. Reason is it's easier to push Z or X when your fingers are on WASD for PC, or use the left slider on mobile when you are controlling the plane, as you rarely touch Throttle and Yaw. Logically, Trim makes more sense, but in reality, in terms of usability and practicality, VTOL is the way to go.
@Awsomur Heh heh, glad it made you laugh lol. It's the honest truth. Also blood, sweat and tears aren't the only things needed. A bit of rage is needed too XD
Tail is way too small in length and wings are not straight as well as not attached on properly. Major build quality issues. Other than that looks really good.
@EternalDarkness Thank you for the pointers, definitely will remember to implement them. I'm really glad you enjoy this plane, I'll make the next one even better thanks to the suggestions :)
@EternalDarkness I'll keep it in mind for next time, I thought Cold War fighters needed more missiles lol. Thanks for your feedback, i'm planning to make more like this.
@BogdanX Ok, I'll remember gor next time. I didn't know Cold War jets only used around 2 missiles, good to know. Also I will keep the desc. photos in mind, thanks for the advice!
@Helicopterboy Well, you gotta use blueprints. Personally, I build on my phone and have my computer up with an image of the plane blueprint. If it's fictional, just go with what you like. it's all in experience. My first planes were no good. It;s normal.
Heh heh, I wonder the opposite. Literally every single creation I have made was 100% made on a 5 inch S7 with the exception of my 757 collab and cargo ship. It just takes experience and an awful lot of skill on being precise. When I was bronze, I found it extremely hard. Now, 5 months of building later, it feels so natural building on my phone that doing SP on my Mac just feels odd lol.
@RAF1 No no, I interpret the word simple properly, it's just that the shape could be nicer, the cockpit is way too small and the tail is massive, way too big. I know it's fictional, but I should also be sort of realistic I guess. I don't know, you have been more successful than me to take my word with a grain of salt.
No offense man, I like the effort put into it, but it looks like a plane that a bronze user would put out. I'm kinda disappointed at this especially for your rank, and the potential you have. I'd much prefer to see really nice, crisp, detailed and well built planes rather than lower quality ugly things like this. Hope you understand :)

@FGW2014 I love the design! Just note the USAF logos are backwards, the star is pointing the wrong way.
@MakeshiftPlanes Yes I know, TRIM is for elevator. It should be like that to make the plane fly level.

@Dllama4 @Helicopterboy Check new description guys! Thanks!
@F4f879 Yeah lol, literally the best way to describe me using SP on my Mac.
